Serve in the primary support role for one or more Business Unit Chief Risk Officers (BUCROs) or one BUCRO with oversight responsibility for multiple Business Units. Responsible for independent identification, aggregation, integration, and correlation of all eight risk types. Engage across the full spectrum of risks to ensure appropriate oversight and governance of first line risk taking and risk program execution activities. Interact with and present routinely to senior executives within the Risk Management Organization (RMO) or Business Units.

Operate and maintain systems associated with a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facility and Simple Cycle facility while demonstrating safety awareness and direction that will continuously improve performance by employees and contractors through the use and strict adherence to procedures and processes.

BASE SALARY: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

  • Proven experience optimizing landing pages and campaign funnels for both advertiser KPIs and internal revenue goals

YOUR ROLE

Drive growth and profitability in the Make Money/Manage Money vertical through data-driven funnel and landing page optimizations. Own testing strategy and execution in close partnership with marketing, creative, and performance teams to scale advertiser outcomes.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations):
  • Revenue Optimization: Increase landing page conversion rates and margin by 10% within the first 90 days by executing test-driven optimizations
    Testing Cadence: Launch at least 3 high-impact A/B tests per month across device types and user journeys (e.g., copy, UI/UX, advertiser order)
  • Insight Generation: Translates data into clear, actionable hypotheses on user behavior and creates recommendations to improve performance
    Advertiser Alignment: Partner with Yield and Account Management to identify and implement advertiser tests that improve deep-funnel KPIs (e.g., lead quality, LTV)
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly syncs with Copywriting and User Acquisition teams to align testing priorities and surface learnings
  • Innovation Projects: Drive quarterly initiatives focused on strategic experimentation (e.g., new vertical pages, alternative funnel paths, or new targeting angles)
  • Vertical Leadership: Take full ownership of assigned offer/advertiser strategy and testing roadmap in Make/Manage Money verticals, ideally within 6 months with little to no oversight

The Regulatory Specialist ensures clinical trials operate within a compliant framework while supporting sponsors and sites in meeting FDA, ICH, and GCP requirements. This role serves as the liaison between clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory authorities.
Reports to: Evidence Generation Leadership

Qualifications & Education Education :
Bachelor's degree (required) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical research with 3+ years in regulatory affairs at a CRO or sponsor.

Certifications: RAC (Regulatory Affairs Certification) preferred. Current GCP training certification required. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 11, 50, 54, 56, 312/812), ICH GCP guidelines (E6(R3)), and global regulatory requirements.
