Key responsibilities include conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors; creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; developing visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs; collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user experiences; conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback; establishing and maintaining design systems and style guides; and mentoring junior designers.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design skills across various platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity, is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision is mandatory. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is critical. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively articulate design decisions and work within a remote team structure. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
