**Responsibilities include:**

**Scope of Work:**
+ Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, food service area and dining room, including but not limited to any onsite equipment, food storage areas and all refrigerators
+ Clean, disinfect and mop dining room area after each service provided
+ Wash and rinse dishes, pots, pans and utensils in dishwashe
+ Drain and clean dishwasher after each use
+ Maintain kitchen in sanitary condition, including floors and walls
+ Follow safe, sanitary food handling practices
+ Prepare, serve and reheat food for clients
+ Portion meals, salads, desserts, beverages, and snacks and distribute to appropriate areas
+ Dispose of trash in garbage cans multiple times per day
+ Clean and disinfect trash and garbage cans as needed
+ Take and record inventory of food items weekly
+ Report need for equipment repairs to appropriate staff at the ATC
+ Assist in receiving deliveries; must be able to lift 50 pounds of canned goods and other food products that are received at loading dock and store them inappropriate areas
+ Monitor and conduct audits to assess proper food service operation (e.g. safe food handling storage, dish washer machine temps, etc.)
