+ Identify project-specific cultural resources design and regulatory requirements for projects according to the Client's risk management profile, industry precedents, existing guidance, regulations, best practices, and lessons learned, and use that information to inform smart strategies.
+ Establish project objectives and procedures and lead teams on proposals, planning studies, designs, and due diligence.
+ Possess good business awareness and acumen and maintain a strong understanding of project management fundamentals: project scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
+ Grow internal and external networks and identify additional high caliber talent across a range of professional disciplines to join the Stantec team.
+ Provide mentoring and training for staff.

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
+ Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
+ Possess strong knowledge of project management and development workflows, applicable regulations, and risk profiles.
+ Independent individual possessing excellent communication skills: verbal, business writing, electronic communications, and presentations.
+ Display excellent time management skills with the ability to understand project and team goals, roles, scheduling, budgeting, and efficient use of time and resources.
+ Experience leading and conducting all phases of cultural resource work, Georgia knowledge required.
+ Proven experience of positive relationship with Georgia State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and other regulatory agencies.
+ Section 106 and 110 National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) consultation experience.
+ Exhibit entrepreneurial nature and ability to lead others to achieve group results.

**Education and Experience**

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
