Job Skills / Requirements
We are seeking a Mid-Shift Supervisor.
Supervisors are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Supervisors perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
Supervisors are responsible for helping check out the condition of the building and reporting issues to the manager. Supervisors also help cleaning other areas due to any staff shortages or when needed for other reasons. Supervisors also may train other employees.
Essential Functions:
Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, stripping and waxing floors, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, polishing outside area within 10 feet of entryways, washing windows, removal or snow and ice, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/countertops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience requited.
Floor experience required (waxing).

* Cleaning horse stalls which shall include removing bedding and organic waste from stalls and installing clean bedding (pine shavings).
* Raking and cleaning around grounds and buildings, including mowing and pruning bushes.
* Setting up and removing equipment used for equestrian and special events.

5. Assist with lunchroom set up, including arranging tables and chairs.
6. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the comfort, health, and safety of students and staff. Make minor building repairs as needed and report major repair needs.
7. Regulate heat, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to provide appropriate temperatures and ensure economical usage of fuel, water, and electricity.
8. Move furniture or equipment within building as directed.
9. Assist in setting up facilities for special events.
