Overview:
The Customer Behavior Analyst will analyze customer interactions on our e-commerce platform to identify patterns and trends influencing the on-site journey, customer experience engagements, and post-purchase behavior. This role will provide data-driven insights to optimize beginning to end customer experience, reduce customer friction points, and drive business growth for SCHEELS.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer engagement data to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement.
- Segment customers based on behavioral data to analyze and identify trends within larger groups and provide recommendations to optimize customer experience.
- Evaluate pre-purchase behavior, including traffic sources and on-site interactions.
- Analyze on-site user engagement, identify usability issues, and work cross-team to provide solutions.
- Monitor post-purchase behavior, including but not limited to: retention rates, customer service interaction, return/exchange journey, and shipping trends.
- Collaborate with other analysts and teams throughout the office to capitalize on potential opportunities.
- Display and present analysis in an effective and convincing manner, to help push forward ideas or projects.
- Utilize analytics tools to extract and interpret customer data.
- Track industry and market trends, providing insights into shifting customer preferences, seasonal demands, and emerging opportunities for growth.
- Must be flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but may include some evening or weekend hours as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience:
