Descripción del Puesto:

El/La Customer Service Experience Ambassador es responsable de crear, coordinar, implementar y supervisar estrategias orientadas a mejorar la experiencia del cliente y los procesos operacionales del concesionario. Este rol esta alineado con los estándares de marca y busca aumentar la satisfacción del cliente, mejorar el rendimiento del concesionario y optimizar continuamente las operaciones de ventas, piezas y servicio. Además, tiene como función crear y coordinar una experiencia única y personalizada para los clientes durante su visita al concesionario. Actúa como anfitrión principal del área de servicio, garantizando que cada punto de contacto con el cliente cumpla con los más altos estándares de la marca.

Responsabilidades y Funciones Principales:

  • Dar y recibir la bienvenida a los clientes con una actitud profesional, cálida y personalizada.
  • Identificar el motivo de la visita del cliente y canalizarlo eficientemente al Departamento correspondiente.

  • Colaborar con los departamentos de ventas, servicio, marketing y administración para alinear estrategias centradas en el cliente.
  • Velar por la imagen del concesionario: orden, limpieza, ambientación y detalles visuales.
  • Promover los valores y la cultura de la marca en cada interacción.
  • Generar, coordinar e implementar estrategias efectivas centradas en la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el distribuidor de la marca para asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices actuales de GM u otras marcas representadas.
  • Evaluar y mejorar procesos operativos generales del concesionario en piezas y servicio.
  • Identificar brechas operacionales, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Desarrollar y liderar proyectos de mejora utilizando metodologías como Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC y herramientas como 5S, administración visual y mapeo del flujo de valor.
  • Coordinar e implementar planes de mejora continua/hojas de ruta.
  • Elaborar informes mensuales sobre indicadores claves del desempeño del concesionario para utilización y en beneficio de la Alta Gerencia del concesionario.
  • Asegurar que los proyectos se completen a tiempo y generen beneficios tangibles como ahorros financieros, mayor satisfacción del cliente, seguridad operativa y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y elaborar informes mensuales para la alta gerencia.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de cumplimiento de estándares de marca (ventas/servicio) y generar planes de acción correctiva.
  • Verificar y asegurar que se esté dando seguimiento adecuado a encuestas de satisfacción del cliente de servicio NPS
  • Actuar como embajador de la experiencia del cliente, recibiendo, guiando y gestionando cada interacción con excelencia.
  • Trabajar en colaboración transversal con todos los departamentos.
  • Manejar llamadas y seguimientos del próximo día en colaboración con el equipo de y Asesores de Servicio y Gerente de Servicio.
  • Manejar quejas de los clientes tanto presencial, vía correo electrónico y/o por teléfono, y reportar las situaciones / quejas que surjan.
  • Recomendar plan de acción / solución de problemas para las diferentes quejas, situaciones de crisis de manera ágil y efectiva.
  • Coordinar la capacitación y desarrollo de todo el personal en los diferentes talleres ofrecidos tanto por la marca GM como la empresa referente a servicio al cliente tanto presenciales como en plataformas virtuales.
  • Realizar otras funciones afines asignadas por la gerencia.

Requisitos:

Bachillerato completado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, o equivalencia.

2 años de experiencia en mejora de procesos y servicios.

4 años de experiencia en manejo de proyectos.
