Job Description
Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Loyalty Customer Data Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in credit card loyalty programs. This role supports the Loyalty team to deliver high quality, sustainable loyalty card program features and benefits to guests. This individual contributor role will manage analytical projects to support loyalty program growth and engagement metrics, and the individual will manage financial data analysis and reporting for operational performance, product, and feature development.

- Develop and implement forecasting tools as well as commercial and operational dashboards leveraged by operational managers, channel/product owners, and vendor partners to manage the business.
- Develop reports, PowerPoints presentations, and dashboards on an ad-hoc basis to support the business as assigned.
- Proactively drive analysis to inform annual budgeting and planning.
- Analyze data for new and maturing product/service initiatives and conduct competitive benchmarking.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or financial analytics roles within aviation, e-commerce, technology, hospitality, marketing, or a loyalty-related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or Technical Degree (Engineering), or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of relevant degree.
- Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening) with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in database querying or business intelligence tools such as Structured Query language (SQL), Alteryx, Toad, Tableau
- Advanced experience in Excel and ability to work with data analysis tools, statistical/reference formulas, and pivot tables.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Knowledge of loyalty program and co-brand credit card mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant impact on products, services, or financial performance with data-driven recommendations.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is $40-45 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance. Job Description
Delta's Customer Data team is seeking a Customer Data Solutions Lead to help shape the future of how we deliver personalized experiences at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product delivery-someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure those solutions are delivered with quality and impact.
As the Customer Data Solutions Lead, you will own the delivery of foundational customer data products-including Core Profile, Customer History, and Customer Interactions. You will work closely with IT, the Digital Portfolio Office (DPO), and business stakeholders to define requirements, oversee testing, and ensure timely delivery of new capabilities that power personalization, customer insights, and frontline tools.
Responsibilities:
+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for IT teams
+ Coordinate delivery timelines and ensure alignment across IT, DPO, and business teams
+ Prototype new core, foundational data sources and help build cases to facilitate IT-productization of those data sources
+ Own the end-to-end delivery process, including UAT and stakeholder sign-off
+ Triage product defects and support IT in resolution and prioritization
+ Shape the roadmap for customer data capabilities in partnership with product manager
+ Ensure data products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture
+ Work closely with IT to find opportunities to improve the current data environment to drive efficiencies and future scalability in both traditional EDW environments as well as AWS cloud environments
+ Support the creation of enterprise-wide, customer-centric data assets
+ Advocate for data quality, consistency, and usability across channels
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Able to understand business needs and bridge the gap between those needs and IT
+ Strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex data problems
+ Understanding of how Delta uses data to drive business decisions, for analytics, and within visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Python)
+ Proficiency in data querying/modeling and able to write SQL queries from scratch and experience with a scripting language to automate those queries (e.g., SAS, Python)
+ Able to build good interpersonal relationships with business partners, business analysts, technology teams, and leadership
+ Ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal direction.
+ Be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or 2-3 years of significant work experience required in a Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and/or Data Creation role
+ At least 4+ as a data engineer/scientist or related data-manipulation specialty with proven experience processing and creating insights from large data sets
+ Understanding of data modeling, data manipulation, and creating enterprise-wide data sets leveraging technical solutions with tools like Spark, NoSQL, DynamoDB, etc.
+ Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and API integrations
+ Experience in multiple architectural patterns: microservices, REST / GraphQL, containerization, cloud native
+ Experience with customer data platforms or personalization systems
+ Experience in airline, travel, or customer experience domains

Who You Are:
The CRM Customer and Data Analyst will require a detail-oriented individual, responsible for regular reporting, tracking changes in key CRM metrics and responsible for the calculation and accuracy of CRM metrics.
The CRM Customer and Data Analyst will use their technical understanding to optimize the CRM data warehouse and transform the data into accurate and reliable CRM metrics that can be used to drive data-driven strategy. What You’ll Do:
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors and opportunities that are critical for increased engagement and retention
- Partner with Senior Director of Marketing and London CRM team to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business strategy
- Drive client acquisition and retention by crafting and executing CRM strategies in alignment with regional business priorities
- Collaborate with Retail team to define customer segmentation strategies and personalized customer communications
- Track and report key CRM metrics in regular reports, sharing with key stakeholders and the wider business. Responsible for accurate and refreshing of key reports
- Prioritize and provide ad-hoc reports and analysis, as required by key stakeholders and the wider business
- Support the business with CRM strategy, data-driven insights, clienteling and email audience selection
- Foster strong working relationships with retail network, providing training and support on process and tool enhancements, serving as their main point of contact
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the retail space
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Transact Standard Querying Language (SQL, Power BI, R)
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of CRM/analytics platforms (Tulip, Emarsys), customer data architecture and flows
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Retail, Fashion or Luxury industry (or equivalent)
- Past success establishing measurement frameworks for CRM or Marketing campaigns
- Solid experience working with large, complex and sometimes unstructured data sets and preparation of data

The Application Support Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer data management application support team and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical services. Troubleshooting skills in resolving complex issues, performing root cause analysis and documentation.

Collaborate with consuming application and business users to understand application-related issues and requirements.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production issues after business hours.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions with cost and benefit analysis.
Coordinate with development managers, ensuring the outstanding issues are tracked to closure, particularly long-term strategic fixes.
Should be adaptive in learning new technologies as per organization needs.
Qualifications:
6+ years' experience in an Applications Support role
Highly assertive communications skills, commanding personality. Ability to engage a large audience and lead the discussion with clear, articulate, and highly assertive communication. Must show confidence in all communications.
Strong firsthand experience with Enterprise level applications and the workflows.
Understanding of financial domain (in the areas of Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Retail Services, Mortgage and Brokerage) is an added advantage.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
Highly proficient in creating and debugging complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, Impala, and Spark is an added advantage.
Experience in developing and optimizing Unix shell scripts for automation and issue resolution.
Manage job orchestration using tools like Autosys and other schedulers.
Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing systems like Service Now and Jira
Experience with OpenShift for containerized workloads is a plus.
