Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary quality contact for all customer interactions, managing escalations and communication with clarity and confidence

- Lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Supervise and mentor quality engineers and technicians, driving accountability and development
- Coordinate internal sorting, containment, and rework actions in response to quality issues
- Ensure quality system compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
- Participate in and lead customer audits, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and lead improvement strategies across operations
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- 5+ years of quality leadership experience in plastic injection molding or a related manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and systems (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and quality teams
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, corrective action systems, and quality metrics reporting

Manager of a major Customer Focused team within a site. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Leads a significant Customer Focused team within a site. Has overall business responsibility for the execution of the business of a customer or group of customers.
+ The CFT direct reports will include program management and some if not all of SCM (planning and purchasing), engineering, quality and manufacturing operations.
+ Any functions not reporting directly will be managed in a matrix management structure.
+ Ensures the CFT generates value for the customer from their business with CLS, and seeks to develop customer loyalty.
+ Leads the creation and implementation of action plans comprehensively to resolve customer issues.
+ Drives continuous improvement in CFT activities using lean and 6-sigma methodologies.
+ Plans, manages and controls CFT performance by establishing overall direction and priorities.
+ Leads identification of new services to customer.
+ Establishes policies and guidelines and evaluates results.

You'll scan products accurately at check out and will be expected to handle different forms of money like cash, coins, debit or credit cards, mobile payments, and checks. You'll also assist our customers by providing change if necessary, honoring coupons, and bagging items.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile
- Handle cash at the checkout counter
- Process payments and complete customer transactions
- Give full attention to customers and scan products accurately
- Address customers complaints and answer questions if any
- Count money in cash drawers at the start and end of shift
- Make sure there is enough change in the cash drawers
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change outstanding to customers
- Bag, box, or wrap products at the time of checkout for the customers
- Maintain clean and spotless checkout counters for the customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain a friendly and helpful personality for our valued customers
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with equipment like cash registers, scanners, and credit card machines
- Efficient with strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide change, a basic understanding of math
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
Requirements
- Ability to use computers and other technical systems required to perform job functions.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to help out in other areas of the store, where and when needed
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
