Description:
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to transform how we understand and predict customer behavior at Grand Circle. You'll be embedded within strategic analytics department, using data to shape brand development and bring value to customers and other business teams. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, customer intelligence, and business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to identify actionable insights and opportunities for targeted marketing interventions
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses about customer engagement and measure impact of strategic initiatives
- Develop predictive models for key business metrics including churn, lifetime value, and propensity scoring
- Tell data-driven stories that convince and influence leaders using clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with brand, marketing, and other business teams to translate analytical findings into measurable business impact
- Build and maintain dashboards that track customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities
- Define and monitor KPIs that align with business objectives

Required Experience
- 3+ years in data analysis, preferably in a subscription or loyalty focused B2C environment
- Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, window functions, and optimization)
- Strong statistical foundation with hands-on experience in regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling

- Proven ability to communicate the results and recommendations of your analysis to senior leadership

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Insights team will stay up to date on the customer’s attitude, perception, and experience with all of our brands and represent the voice of the customer in marketing planning. Leveraging an internal team, research tools and third-party agency support, this team member is responsible for executing surveys and building and socializing reports and results with the Insights Manager and various stakeholders across the business to keep the customer top of mind in projects spanning from marketing to store operations and merchandising. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

What You Will Do:
- Responsible for delivering in-depth analysis and insights that identify opportunities that support Celera's goal of optimizing all aspects of the advisor and employee experience.
- Deliver on all aspects of NPS analyses and reporting including role based automated dashboards, driver analysis, text analytics, trend analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Engage in activity to become subject matter expert on the customer and employee experience management tools and associated systems, which spans survey design / triggers, automating processes, and establishing closed loop system.
- Lead implementation and development for framework build outs for the VoC / VoT programs across various firm systems leveraging the customer experience management platform (e.g. Qualtrics) with support on vision from SBI team and related stakeholders.
- Partner closely with service and technology partners and play an active role in identifying data / process gaps and work with extended teams to find and implement viable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business analytics and/or research and insights roles.
- 1-2 years of experience with project/program management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including charts, pivot tables, lookups, and advanced functions).
- Proven ability to lead projects and solve ambiguous problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

The base annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.

This role is a corporate position responsible for supporting the Customer Experience team who develops robust reporting and data driven insights to fuel innovation and growth across the organization.
A Day in the Life:
A typical day for a customer insights senior analyst involves constructing reports, building tableau dashboards, and creating data driven insights while also assisting with ad-hoc requests from leadership.
The starting salary for this role is $75K-80K; commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:

The role primarily consists of analyses of large data sets and business trends to provide insights.

Utilize big data tools to consolidate and cleanse large data sets into easily digestible formats.

Support various stakeholder initiatives and/or channels with detailed reporting, analytical support and business insights.

Service cross-functional peers and leaders with timely and impactful analyses

As needed, maintain and/or build databases to ensure business functions and insights can be executed effectively.

Seek and explore new opportunities that will drive meaningful impact.

Develop new measurement and KPIs to effectively quantify business impact and/or success.
-
Create and maintain complex analytical models, tools, and metrics to support optimization across a multitude of commercial attributes and distribution points.

Tracking progress and identifying risks of strategic initiatives to deliver intended outcome.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in business related, economics, financial, or analytical discipline required.
-
MBA preferred or graduate studies in economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
-
Minimum 2+ years prior analytical, commercial, marketing, or similar quantitative field experience preferred.
-
Minimum 3+ years prior work experience, and/or graduate degree in lieu of experience, in related field.
-
Preferred experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, but not required.

Working knowledge of SQL, python, AWS and Teradata environments
-
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
-
Proven analytical and/or modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications.
-
Previous experience working in Tableau.

Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge required including Excel and PowerPoint.

Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.

Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Advanced understanding of economic concepts and marketing principles
