Summary:
As a call center representative, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact. Responsible for day-to-day Customer Service activities, including ensuring all customer needs, questions and requirements are being met in a complete, accurate and timely manner, and supporting the outside sales team to help ensure departmental success.

- Support the outside sales teams by fulfilling requested actions
- Function as a liaison between internal departments and external customers, centralizing all contact and information flow

Salary Range: The expected base salary for this NJ based position is $42,000 - $60,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee on the payment date.

**Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:**
+ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients regarding abandoned property accounts
+ Perform full verbal verification using LexisNexis
+ Leave detailed call notes and update all applicable systems
+ Manually send documents and instructions to clients as needed
+ Enter requests into the Service Request Portal
+ Conduct outreach to reunite clients with their assets
+ Respond to email inquiries and support Branch office personnel
+ Perform regular account maintenance and document review
+ Adhere to a strict phone support schedule
**Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Previous **Call Center/Contact Center** experience
+ Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+ Strong de-escalation and resolution skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

**Pay Details:** $18.51 per hour
