OVERVIEW

Client Services Specialists will provide direct support for field-based Sales Consultants (SC), providing insight and completing tasks to assist with territory management. Specialists will interface with physicians, nurse navigators and other site personnel to expedite the release of test results. Daily workflow will include positioning tests for release, managing the flow of information between sites, the SC, and the lab, and navigating roadblocks to successful onboarding and relationship management. Client Services Specialists will have daily responsibility for ensuring their work provides timely, professional support to our patients, our physician partners, and external field team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and put into practice established policies and procedures

Summary:

  • Under general direction of the Director of Client Services, this individual serves as the primary point of contact for ION Analytics' clients. This individual is responsible for providing direct client service, first line data analysis support for Intelliview subscriptions and serving as the main engagement lead for all ION data purchases and/or custom analytics projects. OVERVIEW

The Client Services Associate provides administrative support to members of the Client Services Specialist team and the Sales Team. Additionally, this role provides management of all administrative tasks to allow Client Services to focus on “holds” management and support.


JOB LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

Louisville, CO - Hybrid | 3 days On-Site

Monday through Friday


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Triage of email inbound to appropriate Client Services Associate.
  • Continuous management of billing holds and tasks including obtaining insurance and demographics before and during the billing cycle.
  • Creates and orders tear pads for sites.
  • Orders kits and monitors delivery of those kits, reporting delays to the team.
  • Cross-trains on fundamentals of test request entry and basic sales support.
  • Orders Sales collateral


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Manage and prioritize daily duties with incoming requests
  • Develop and adhere to a system for managing workload to ensure all tasks and requests for assistance are handled timely
  • Strong customer service skills for a variety of stakeholders across the organization
  • Handle confidential financial and personal information appropriately
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Ability to adapt to emerging situations and respond with a sense of urgency

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associates Degree or some college preferred
  • 2+ years office administration and customer service experience

  • Base Compensation Range $21.50 to $23.00 per hour
