Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customized plans to meet client goals
  • Recruit, train, and manage a diverse network of team members across the U.S.
  • Assign projects based on geography, experience, and availability
  • Monitor team member performance and provide coaching as needed

Requirements & Other Qualifications:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager of Client Services who will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and implementation. You'll act as the day to day client contact along with the Director on the account, managing campaigns from kickoff to completion. He/she will work with the pharma client, agencies, and all stakeholders involved to move the campaign towards launch, making sure we are tracking towards deadlines and completing all necessary steps. You will assist in Medical Legal Regulator review submissions and work with the Director and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely approvals.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Client Partnership:
  • Serve as day to day point of contact for key pharmaceutical and agency partners
  • Attend all client calls, taking notes and sending clear and concise emails summarizing calls and next steps
  • Displays understanding and ownership of MLR submission and approvals process, ensuring format matches the manufacturer specific requirements and that deadlines are met and exceeded.
  • Keep tabs on and track all necessary steps needed from the client to launch the campaign, as well as setting up status calls when needed.
Internal Account Management:
  • Ensure constant, clear, overcommunication with internal teams to relay client status updates and relevant aspects of campaign launches
  • Keep internal documents up to date and keep track of all client logins and trainings
  • Draft all client facing materials, working with the Coordinator and Director to get all materials ready for client
  • Track campaign progress on internal project management software, ensuring all necessary tasks are getting done / being assigned correctly
  • Work with the Director and Sales lead to track client KPIs and end of campaign metrics
Experience:

3-5 year's experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
  • History of working with clients to craft campaigns in the HCP space (open to experience in DTC) to meet client goals and deliver on time
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, tight deadline environment, an organized and autonomous worker
  • Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings

Job Summary

We are seeking a client services coordinator who will be responsible for supporting multiple CS teams that manage campaigns across varying therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Youll be day to day support for CS Managers and Associate Directors, managing document creation, tasks across cross functional teams, tracking and creating submission docs as well as attending and keeping track of various trainings.

  • Creation of docs from draft to working status including: KOC decks, submission docs, internal status docs and trackers, etc

  • Conference coordination - events, dinners, client meetings, producer travel/hotels (NMHC, MF Summit)
  • Event planning for Barnsley, Sea Island, AAA
  • Expense submissions
  • General Broker Admin & Support - help with broker travel plans, make lunch & dinner reservations, printing/scanning for brokers, be point of contact for general broker questions and assistance
  • In general, would assist Team Lead and analysts with general marketing/admin tasks to help with workloads

  • High school diploma required
  • 3 years in an administrative role working with professionals
  • 2 years in the Real Estate industry.
  • Active state real estate license preferred.
  • Ability to present information to a large group of employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and conduct basic financial analysis. Must know how to abstract a lease. Requires knowledge of financial terms and concepts.
  • Requires sophisticated detailed and quantitative skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills and ability to edit basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of continuous change.
