**Client Services Manager Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality of home care for clients.
+ Oversee and coordinate client services, including resolving urgent scheduling and service issues.
+ Manage the after-hours client caseload across four locations, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
+ Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, payors, and community organizations.
+ Foster clear and consistent communication with internal team members to support collaboration and service excellence.
+ Ensure effective fiscal management of assigned caseloads by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as admission rates, Medicare percentages, and referral rejection reasons.
+ Collaborate closely with Clinical Managers to provide guidance, oversight, and support to field staff.
**Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:**
+ Bachelor degree is preferred, Associates at minimum.
+ Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
+ Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
+ Prior supervisory experience a plus
+ Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
+ Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
+ Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
