Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in processing new business paperwork in a financial office preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience with Excel required
  • Experience with Brokerage account paperwork and transfers preferred
  • Experience with Annuity paperwork and transfers preferred
  • Understanding of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts preferred
  • Experience with Life Insurance applications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete and process all applications for business submitted by Advisor
  • Ensure accuracy of information provided and all forms needed are included when forwarded to the insurance/security companies
  • Submit all completed in good order applications and forms to the proper agencies
  • Follow-up on pending applications with various insurance/security agencies and transfer companies to keep the application process moving forward
  • Research and analyze application issues and provide problem resolution
  • Answer Advisors requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Review of tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns. Specifically, Federal and State Individual and Fiduciary tax returns.

  • Oversee and manage the tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issues

  • Experience with corporation and partnership accounting and tax concepts

  • Mentor, train and manage staff accountants to meet deadline and prioritize workload

  • Effectively manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment, and also work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services

  • Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and engagement economics

  • Highly proactive approach to serving clients

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

  • Public accounting experience

  • 10 + years work experience in tax compliance, specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in tax or equivalent field preferred

Your key responsibilities
A Services Manager in FSO EDGE Private will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. As a International Client Service Associate , you will service international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with all a full range of service and trading needs. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. We also complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign language as needed. What you have

Required Qualifications:

· Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin/Cantonese.

· Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time.

· Well-developed and effective communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients through both verbal and written communication

· Available to work in a structured schedule and adhere to assigned schedule including lunch and break time as pre-determined by business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

The Program provides IT support for over 65,000 users worldwide. Service Desk Support services are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The position requires working on site and may be eligible for some remote work if approved by the Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist end-users virtually (phone/email/chat) by identifying and solving problems with computer hardware and software functionality.
  • Assists customers via email messages, web inquiries and or phone calls and logs all requests into the government tracking system (ServiceNow).
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
  • Grants access new employees to the network, directory and related systems.
  • Escalates when problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
  • Follows up with customers when an issue has been resolved to gain feedback.
  • Runs reports to identify malfunctions that continue to occur.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

 High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 – 2 years of help desk experience.
  • Good understanding of computer/software systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • MCSA certification preferred.
  • A+ certification preferred.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.
  • Must have knowledge of both hardware and software systems.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
