**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **In-House Call Room Agent** to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, lobby bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings via lobby and phone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct daily **confirmation calls** and **save tours** each morning if/when needed.
+ Work in the **chase room** from start of shift until 12:00 PM daily.
+ Transition to the **lobby** from 12:00 PM until the end of scheduled shift to see and book arrivals in rotation.
+ Focus on **assigned** **P1 arrival pre-call bookings** , **booking** **parking pass and misses off the chase list** , and **on-site lobby bookings.**
+ Follow up with **pre-assigned P1 owners** as designated by management.
+ Meet or exceed **conversion expectations** as determined by weekly performance metrics.
+ Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
**Schedule:**
+ Monday to Friday (No weekends)
+ Daily shift hours will vary between:
+ 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
+ 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (if/when needed)
+ Hours are subject to change based on business needs
**Compensation & Benefits:**
+ **Per-tour payout** , minus gift costs
+ Incentives based on **conversion and performance**
+ Eligible for company's **holiday and vacation policy** (same as in-house marketing team)
+ Salary target: $64,000 annually.

This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

TheAssociate Client Support Analyst (ACSA provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA Organizations. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. This call center supports a 24/7 operation.
+ Provide technical support to the end user
+ Access all available support tools and staff to resolve issues
+ Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair for end user systems
+ Collect information through constructive customer conversation
Qualifications
+ Experience with call center techniques & competency in call center tracking tools
+ Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software
+ Proficiency in using support software tools highly preferred
+ Mobile device support & Apple product support experience highly preferred
+ Understanding of Healthcare technology industry preferred
+ General desktop, basic network troubleshooting and support experience highly preferred
+ Position required high speed internet 60 MB Download and 10 MB Upload, No WiFi
+ CompTia certification helpful
