The Role:
The Head of Client Services is a critical client partner role demonstrating leadership, strategic direction, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia's portfolio of enterprise brand clients. The Director effectively leverages experience, knowledge, and skills to drive innovative thinking while balancing client, company, and team needs.
This position will lead a team of talented junior and mid level individual contributors who are responsible for the campaign execution for the select Fortune 1000 accounts. The primary objective for this role is to deliver excellent client experiences through creating a culture of collaboration and learning. The role is to act as the steward for Linqia and the client, establishing transparency and clear communication from ideation to launch.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 12 Strategic Account Managers and Program Managers (2 direct reports)
- Responsible for hiring, employee evaluation, growth/development, and minor HR functions (PTO, Compensation, Title Changes)
- Coach the team as they execute their workloads to deliver best-in-class results, delivering on business KPIs and development within signed IOs.
- Owner of the Client Experience and responsible for exceeding client expectations and creating long-term partnerships
- Lead strategic channel planning activities associated with assigned campaigns in partnership with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders by demonstrating client industry and influencer knowledge.
- Work with internal partners to gauge campaign performance and KPIs to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met.
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Work closely with internal partners to optimize any revenue opportunities with particular clients.
- 12+ years of client management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies
- 5+ years of team management experience

A Tax Senior Manager, Private Client Services (PCS) is responsible for utilizing their educational background and professional experience as well as their communication, time management, leadership, technical, business development, and people skills to provide tax compliance and consulting services to our high net-worth clients.
Job Duties
- Manages tax and consulting engagements and demonstrates skills identifying and addressing client needs, tax planning, and consulting opportunities
- Provides Executive presence and acts as the primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues and resolution to clients
- Reviews complex individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns and provides written and verbal feedback to preparers
- Directs communication with government agencies for matters of the highest complexity
- Identifies technical issues, conducts advanced tax research, and develops sound recommendations for PCS leadership, clients, and advisors
- Expands their understanding of tax concepts and knowledge through client engagements and current tax developments
- Prioritizes and reviews work to keep engagements on track
- Utilizes strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills to assist with client needs regarding individual and business decisions
- Assists with PCS/firm contribution responsibilities including billing, recruiting, attendance and participation in CPE activities and training
- Builds new relationships and maintains existing relationships with BDO professionals and external sources
- Other duties as assigned
- Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects
- Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments
- Trains Associates and Seniors how to use all current software tools
- Acts as a Career Advisor to associates and senior associates
- Schedules and manages workload of associates and senior associates
- Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates and senior associates
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred
- Masters in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred
- Seven (7) or more years prior experience in accounting, finance, or law, required
- Experience in the private client service area, required
- Prior supervisory experience, required
- Experience working in public accounting, preferred
- Certified Public Accountant credential, Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) credential, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or the equivalent of one of these designations, required

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, required

- Responsible for overseeing tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, with a particular emphasis on clients in the financial services sector, such as hedge funds, private equity, and other investment-related individuals.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, as well as a working understanding of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
- Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
- Take on the primary review of complex tax returns and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, staff members, and external third-party client vendors.
- Provide training and supervision to staff members, including reviewing and evaluating their work.
- Occasional local travel to clients' locations may be required.
- Actively solicit new client relationships and participate in client/potential client seminars to expand networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.
- Hold self and direct reports responsible for achieving developmental goals
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
- 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation
- Recent Public Accounting experience

Were looking for a technically strong and client-focused Senior Manager to join our expanding PCS practice. In this role, you will manage the delivery of U.S. tax compliance and planning services to globally mobile individuals and families, including U.S. citizens abroad, nonresidents with U.S. investments, and cross-border executives.
Youll play a critical role in delivering complex tax solutions, managing a team, and supporting the growth of a high-performing advisory practice in a fast-changing global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Technical Execution
- Lead day-to-day client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components.
- Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.).
- Conduct technical research and provide tax planning on topics such as trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring work quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions.
- Drive operational excellence across client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and workflow coordination.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates, and knowledge tools.
- CPA, EA, or JD required; MST or LLM a plus
- 68 years of U.S. private client tax experience, ideally with cross-border exposure
- Strong understanding of U.S. international individual tax, trusts, and estate/gift rules
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, review technical work, and interact with clients
- Eagerness to grow technically and contribute to practice-building initiatives
- Collaborate with globally recognized experts in private client tax

Responsible for overseeing tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, with a particular emphasis on clients in the financial services sector, such as hedge funds, private equity, and other investment-related individuals.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, as well as a working understanding of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
Take on the primary review of complex tax returns and maintain regular communication with clients.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, staff members, and external third-party client vendors.
Provide training and supervision to staff members, including reviewing and evaluating their work.
Occasional local travel to clients' locations may be required.
Actively solicit new client relationships and participate in client/potential client seminars to expand networking opportunities.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.
Hold self and direct reports responsible for achieving developmental goals
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation
Recent Public Accounting experience
CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required
Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field
Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software

The Private Client Services Practice is experienced in all aspects of estate, income, gift, and trust tax consulting and compliance; charitable giving and philanthropic foundations; executive compensation; and cash-flow, retirement, and life insurance planning.
A Tax Senior Manager, Private Client Services (PCS) is responsible for utilizing their educational background and professional experience as well as their communication, time management, leadership, technical, business development, and people skills to provide tax compliance and consulting services to our high net-worth clients.
Job Duties:
- Manages tax and consulting engagements and demonstrates skills identifying and addressing client needs, tax planning, and consulting opportunities
- Provides Executive presence and acts as the primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues and resolution to clients
- Reviews complex individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns and provides written and verbal feedback to preparers
- Directs communication with government agencies for matters of the highest complexity
- Identifies technical issues, conducts advanced tax research, and develops sound recommendations for PCS leadership, clients, and advisors
- Expands their understanding of tax concepts and knowledge through client engagements and current tax developments
- Prioritizes and reviews work to keep engagements on track
- Utilizes strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills to assist with client needs regarding individual and business decisions
- Assists with PCS/firm contribution responsibilities including billing, recruiting, attendance and participation in CPE activities and training
