The Division of Youth Safety and Permanency is recruiting for a Client Services Technician. Do you have personal or professional experience within or in support of programs serving youth and families and/or the child welfare team? This position is perfect for individuals who want to be a part of a team that is protecting the safety and welfare of Idaho's children. Client Services Technicians supervise court-ordered visitations between children in the department's care and the parents/guardians to ensure safe conditions are maintained. CST's transport children to and from visits and appointments, in addition to other important coordinated activities. CST's must be able to lift and carry items weighing approximately 50 pounds, and to perform physical work such as lifting and carrying children, car seats, and boxes. This position is located in the Caldwell Field Office. This position is not eligible for telework.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $58,200 to $108,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Concierge Call Center Representative Job Summary:
