Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Client Relations Specialist to work with clients, patients and active caregivers to monitor program participants' ability to manage their care, and provide customer service.
To support this market's client population, proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintains the confidentiality of program participants
+ Completes the consumer admissions/intakes as directed by the management team
+ Ensures client's hours/services are authorized by the Payor Source and communicated to the client and client directed worker/Direct Service Worker
+ Manages referrals by maintaining communication with clients and Case Managers throughout the process
+ Provides timely updates to Case Managers as directed by the Account Manager or Office Operations Leader
+ Assists the office operations team with time reporting issues and concerns
+ Performs all procedures in an accurate and timely manner as directed by the management team
+ Notifies the Operations Leader and Payor Source of any concerns relating to each client including allegations of fraud, misuse of services and/or other relevant issues
EOR Program Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Completes quarterly customer service calls
+ Attends client service planning meetings as instructed by the Account Manager or Operations Leader
+ Maintains the consumer record
+ Assists the Field Support Team with contacting employees regarding annual worker requirements
+ Assists the Field Support team with onboarding their preferred respite providers by making connect calls, and tracking candidates in the funnel
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework, preferred
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be energetic, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, compassionate and able to adapt in a continuously changing environment
+ Must be organized, detail oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
+ Proficiency in the Spanish language is preferred
+ Proficiency in the English language is required
Wage/Salary Information:
$23.00 an hour PLUS bonus potential

The Dealership Service Center Call Representative at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc plays an integral role in assisting customers in one of life's least favorite chores: bringing your vehicle in for maintenance.  The Service Center Call Representative is the first impression, first voice and first point of contact for a majority of our guests and it is crucial to capture that audience with a comforting feeling.  Being an entry level position, it is your first step into the world of customer service and hospitality.  If you are looking to blossom and nurture this job into a career, this experience is crucial.  And here at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet, we are using our Sales BDC and Service Center Call Representative employees as a growing ground for our next Office Administrators, Cashiers, New and Used Car Sales Consultants as well as Service Consultants.  We understand that not everybody wants to make a career in the automotive industry.  However, if you are willing to commit and give everything you have for 6 months, we could not ask for more.  We will give you the same courtesy.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (Job has been made so much easier with Dealer Logix!)
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for service consultants
  • Maintaining customer databases and tracking communications
  • Following up with potential guests to ensure their needs are taken care of
Requirements

  • Understand that communication is everything .  It is remarkable how often the real problem is not what happened, but how it was communicated.
