For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $52,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. This position will assist in maintaining day-to-day operations of the department.Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains inbound call reports for Customer Response Center (CRC) in Lancaster and for the 24x7 Global Call Center.Assists team with updating Acumatica (CRM/ERP) with information related to Service Contracts, Equipment, SLAs/Entitlements and customer/portal users.Completes order management steps to ensure timely processing of customer service orders. Validates that customer orders align with parts/services quotes and terms and conditions.Submit parts replenishment requests for (Critical Spare Parts Kit) CSPK consumption at customer sites.Follows up with Supply Chain, Logistics and Production regarding open Service Parts Kits Orders and their statuses.Monitor RR/RC processing progress with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure timely resolution, sending regular status reports to the Client and Field Service manager.Supports the team of Service resource coordinators as needed for timely customer responses and case resolution.Assists service team with miscellaneous requests often with little or no notice.Completes additional tasks as assigned. The Client Service Manager (CSM) supervises the client service facing teams to include but not limited to Sample Receiving, Service Centers and Project Management staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Laboratory’s primary client representative.
  • Establishes direct reporting department annual goals.
  • Establishes direct reporting department policies and procedures.
  • Oversees direct reporting Managers and provides business guidance.
  • Heads project start up meetings to ensure project objectives are successfully met and hands off project detail to assigned Project Manager(s).
  • Establishes and leads regular management department/group meetings.
  • Facilitates client conflict resolution when issues are raised to a level beyond the Project Management staff.
  • Works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to evaluate and establish project requirements.
  • Ensures client complaints are handled professionally, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Trains Project Managers.
  • Assigns Project Managers to clients/projects.
  • Monitors Project Management workload and reassigns Project Managers to clients or redirects resources to assist during work overloads and absences.
  • Compiles and interprets receipts forecast to show near term business trends. Manages sample capacity based on forecast detail.

  • Works closely with laboratory management in laboratory capacity loading decisions.
  • Monitors current accounts receivable status by Project Manager and client.
  • Assigns action items to aging accounts.
  • Provides general sales support to Account Executives for business development activities started in the field.
  • Prepares and assigns quotes and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Compiles and interprets Bid Activity Report. Represents laboratory at brown bag or similar client presentations.
  • Attends marketing, trade shows, or conferences in support of Sales initiatives.
  • Performs sales activities for house accounts and other clients as needed.
  • Assigns the responsibility for incoming cold calls and processing requests.
  • Sustains growth of the business to maximize market share, profitability, competitive advantage and capacity utilization through the following activities: 
    • Identifies and manages client accounts and business opportunities
    • Acquires new accounts by following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
    • Clearly communicates our services to new and existing clients
    • Communicates the clients’ needs to the internal organization and fulfills the role of client advocate.

Supervisory Responsibility:  The CSM supervises the activities of Sample Reciving, Service Centers and all Project Managers, Project Manager Assistants, and Business Development Managers. Assigns new projects to Project Managers based on experience and skill set. Determines priorities of tasks and conducts periodic review on goal attainment. Ensures timely creation of LIMS projects. Ensures login reviews are completed the same day or early the next morning (as defined by lab project management procedures).

To qualify for the role you must have
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry
+ Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax
+ Proficient in the use of various tax and accounting technologies
+ Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA) or licensed attorney

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,100 to $87,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 122,600 to 212,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

**Seasonal Tax Manager - FSO-Private Client Services -Tax Chat-*Remote*  **
Private Client Services (PCS) is a growing practice within EY, and you'll see that growth reflected in our career opportunities. **Your key responsibilities**
As a seasonal tax manager your main priority could include reviewing complex individual tax returns, income tax planning of high-net-worth individuals and families, partnership tax compliance, or S Corp tax compliance for our Private Tax clients. Expectations around hours are discussed during the interview process for each role, so you'll be able to share your availability and know what to expect prior to coming aboard. In this role you'll be able to work remotely from within the United States, with no travel required.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects
+ Influencing skills, and the confidence and curiosity to question existing processes
+ The ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context
+ Experience performing high quality review of complex tax returns
+ Knowledge/experience in handling High Net Worth and Individual Tax Returns, or complex partnership compliance
+ Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
+ A thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning
+ Experience researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies and translate complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
+ Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment
**To qualify for the role you must have **
+ Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership or Active Enrolled Agent
+ A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
+ A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals, partnerships, and/or S Corps
+ Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ A proven record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm
