We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Client Services Administrator located in Hartland, Wisconsin. Your role will primarily revolve around supporting our Client Services Specialist team, ensuring efficient telecommunications, maintaining customer records, and resolving any product or service problems.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and ensuring resolution of customer inquiries.
- Accurately entering client and account data, and verifying it for any potential errors.
- Creating clear job tickets in Monarch or OP.
- Updating and maintaining customer records in compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with multiple departments and partners, with a focus on detail and completion of production items.
- Resolving client complaints by determining the cause, finding the best solution, and expediting the correction or adjustment process.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our internal software systems.
- Regularly routing GB Tickets.
- Tracking and updating Humana Delivery and Madison Spreadsheet.
- Proofreading Marco's Items on a monthly basis.
- Performing department filing and purging of job tickets.
- Distributing job tickets to the team and accounting.
- Regularly handling Common Ground Routing and updating Madison Spreadsheet.
- Printing and routing WebMD Postal Paperwork.
- Reviewing, updating, and routing Elevance Health GBD as well as WebMD, Ignite.
Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the IT Software industry
- Proficient in handling support tickets and resolving client issues
- Proven experience in providing administrative assistance
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Comfortable answering inbound calls and addressing client queries
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good understanding of IT software and technologies
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required

**Your key responsibilities**
As a seasonal tax manager your main priority could include reviewing complex individual tax returns, income tax planning of high-net-worth individuals and families, partnership tax compliance, or S Corp tax compliance for our Private Tax clients. Expectations around hours are discussed during the interview process for each role, so you'll be able to share your availability and know what to expect prior to coming aboard. In this role you'll be able to work remotely from within the United States, with no travel required.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects
+ Influencing skills, and the confidence and curiosity to question existing processes
+ The ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context
+ Experience performing high quality review of complex tax returns
+ Knowledge/experience in handling High Net Worth and Individual Tax Returns, or complex partnership compliance
+ Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
+ A thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning
+ Experience researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies and translate complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
+ Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment
**To qualify for the** **role** **you must have** **?**
+ Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership
+ A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
+ A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals, partnerships, and/or S Corps
+ Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
**Ideally,** **you'll** **also have**
+ A proven record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm

+ The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
