This role involves daily interactions with customers and colleagues, where a positive attitude and impeccable courtesy are essential. Although customer service is our top priority, you will also be managing various tasks that require high concentration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting pilots and passengers with fuel orders, online times, and arrival/departure notifications.
- Providing clear verbal and written directions and making vehicle rental, hotel, and catering reservations.
- Handling personal vehicles and aircraft key management.
- Communicating effectively via phone, radio, email, and fax.
- Entering data for invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records.
- Maintaining cleanliness and stocking the pilot and passenger lounge with refreshments.
The position may require you to adjust to changing work hours, variable schedules, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 40 - 60 words per minute.
- A professional appearance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines.

These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
