Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. The position supports the daily support of the Scientific Service Program, enabling the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service for Research and Development. Responsible for meeting goals and objectives of the customer location, as determined by contractual requirements.
**A day in the Life:**
+ Prepping bioreactor for use.
+ Set up bioreactors once approved by researchers using checklist/verification (plugging in probes, air filters, etc).
+ Discard and reattach all tubing, O-rings, labeling, stainless steel parts, etc.
+ Pressure testing, pH and DO probe calibration and tracking.
+ Prepare and stock vital solutions.
+ Initial flushing of ATF filters. Filter cleaning process, weekly QC's for autoclave (BI and DART testing), instrument maintenance scheduling.
+ Data entry and record keeping for bioreactor use.

· Assist in the recruitment of agents, including pulling local non-affiliated Agent production reports, new Agent license data, and contact information; setting recruiting appointments and office visits.

**Office Organization**
· Greet and direct agents and clients to workspaces or conference rooms as applicable
· Collaborate with our facilities and IT partners to ensure all office items remain in working order
· Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and ensure timely distribution of mail
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office being advantageous
- Familiarity with the use of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram) is required. As well as an understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in various operating systems (i.e.- PCs, Macs, and Mobile platforms), as well as the ability to navigate computer software, is required
