As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding, efficient customer service. Your role involves utilizing multiple customer databases and troubleshooting technical issues while educating clients about our diverse range of products and services.
The Contact Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, closed on regular bank holidays. Expect to work evening shifts and Saturdays on a rotating basis, and you'll be eligible for a shift differential for hours worked after 5:00 PM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
