_DUTIES:_ Collaborate with a dedicated team to support the operation and continuous maturity enhancement of core technologies. Drive firm-wide adoption campaigns in a prioritized and agile
manner. Develop a combination of standard and custom integration patterns, develop and/or configure session manager connectors, develop and/or configure policy management plugins, leverage APIs for automaton, leverage various other approved toolkits, and create well-documented guides to enable adopting team self-servicing. Articulate and communicate security
risks and recommended options to balance security and productivity with other security teams, internal customers, and leadership. Stay on top of technology advancement of commercial and open-source technologies in the industry. Continue research, evaluate, and bring new options to refresh our solution bank. Design, implement, and manage PAM (privileged access management) solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea) to ensure privileged access to critical systems and information. Configure and maintain PAM software tools and platforms according to best practices and organizational requirements. Collaborate with system administrators, principal engineer, and PAM architect to ensure smooth integration of CyberArk. Assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and end-user support regarding operations and general onboarding. Drive the development and implementation of procedures and technology to ensure the ongoing enhancement of PAM. Work with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix. Work with network devices, various directory systems including Active Directory, and various databases including Oracle. Leverage and apply experience with authn (authentication) and authz (authorization) protocols and mechanisms including Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. Ensure PAM solutions are configured to industry best practices and complies with organizational security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS). Develop custom integration and implementing custom connector and automation. Apply understanding and hands-on experience with the CyberArk PAS suite including Digital Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA, and Secrets Management. Apply understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Utilize scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, and Shell Scripting) for integrating and automating CyberArk processes. Design, deploy, and support high-availability CyberArk infrastructures. Work with crossfunctional teams.

**As a Cybersecurity Support Engineer III, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:**
+ Provide Level 3 technical support for cybersecurity incidents, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to medical applications and systems.
+ Design, Deploy, configure, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions to meet organizational requirements.
+ Configuring and managing security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection systems.
+ Collaborating with internal stakeholders to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable security measures.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify security vulnerabilities and engineer effective solutions to mitigate risks.
+ Conduct regular security assessments and audits of medical applications and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the overall security posture of our clients' environments.
+ Actively monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
+ Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly metrics and reports on the operational effectiveness of our cybersecurity operations.
+ Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Other duties as assigned to support the changing needs of the business.
**What is Required?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on supporting applications in the medical industry.
+ Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, IAM and endpoint protection.
+ Scripting experience with Bash, Powershell, Python, and/or JavaScript.
+ Certifications such as CISSP or CEH are preferred.
+ Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings and business needs.

Cyber Defense & Resilience is an integrated team of security and data technologists working at the intersection cybersecurity, advanced cyber data engineering and the use of AI and ML for cyber defense and operations issues. Cyber Detect & Respond practitioners work with our clients to:
+ Design and modernize large scale cyber data and analytics programs that promote organizational intelligence, provide embedded capacity, and implement as-a-service based subscription models at scale
+ Harness the potential of bleeding edge cyber big data and AI technologies such as Databricks for Cyber, AWS Security Lake, Google Sec Ops and the latest from traditional security providers like Splunk, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto and others.
+ Enable day-to-day operations, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of their data platforms and applications as well as managing and governing the underlying data leveraging standardized, automated and AI enabled Data Ops capabilities

Qualifications:
Required:
+ 2-4 years of relevant Analytics consulting or industry experience
+ 2-4 Experience with AI development tools such as vector databases (Pinecone, Elastic, etc.) and AI development frameworks (Langchain, CrewAI, etc.)
+ 2-4 years experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
+ 2-4 years of experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SQL, R, SAS, etc.) to prepare data for analysis, visualize data as part of exploratory analysis, generate features, and other similar data science driven data handling
+ 2-4 years of experience using cyber security cloud platforms (Google SecOps, AWS, Azure, etc.)
+ 1-4 years of experience with SOC threat hunting and incident response
+ Demonstrated expertise with one full life cycle analytics engagement across strategy, design and implementation.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Empirical Statistics or 4 years equivalent professional experience
