The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include:

  • Associates degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in job development or training activities, preferably within Texas

As a successful candidate, you will be skilled at applying lesson plans to both formal and informal learning, adapting techniques to meet all student needs, utilizing a range of methods to assess participant learning and training effectiveness, providing positive coaching and feedback to participants, and conducting and facilitating meaningful and engaging activities in classroom and potentially extended reality training. You will need to be able to manage the instructional schedule, visitors and VIPs, coordinate with other team members, and assist with the management and delivery of team projects. You will need to be able to learn and become proficient in virtual, augmented, and extended reality hardware including its operation, safety aspects, and how to facilitate others in the use of the equipment. You will need to learn and become proficient in the associated software packages used in the prior mentioned hardware. The successful candidate will have presence and poise, be comfortable and skilled at creating a welcoming learning environment, be able to provide administrative and safety instruction, and facilitate and assist the learning of participants. Drawing on your facilitation and communication skills, you may be required to demonstrate activities or proper use of equipment. The AI Training Facilitator/Instructional Tech may also lead debriefing sessions with participants after activities. They should be comfortable and capable of getting assistance for any participants who have medical issues when facilitating extended reality training.
You will be part of a larger program and will assist the team with customer communications, team coordination, and help plan and respond to project requirements. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create products that not only incorporate sound adult learning principles but also engage learners and are accessible. You may be asked to evaluate and revise learning activities and content based on input and observations, as well as coordinate and report on participant and training progress. You will be expected to work with the designers on the team to adjust, develop, and evolve activities and training.

**Your Main Mission:**
+ Work as part of a team to deliver creative and engaging training in support of customer mission needs.
