In this role, you'll support the Personal Assistance Service (PAS) department monitor real-time scheduling through our homecare software dashboard, support the scheduling team, and help keep essential home care services running seamlessly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time caregiving schedules in the homecare software dashboard, resolving issues such as missed visits, uncovered shifts, and scheduling conflicts.
• Verify electronic visit verification (EVV) compliance, ensuring clock-ins, clock-outs, and duties are properly documented.
• Track attendance, overtime risks, and compliance concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Collaborate with schedulers and supervisors to adjust assignments, maintain accurate records, and support service delivery.
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and identify trends to support effective operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (experience may substitute for education).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Design and implement observability strategies using OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing, metrics, and logging.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector seeks a Data Driven Dashboard Developer to support the Innovations Group on our GSM-O II Program as a member of End to End Visualization Team. The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector provides a diverse portfolio of systems, solutions, and services covering land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for customers worldwide. Solutions for Defense include enterprise and mission IT, large-scale intelligence systems, command and control, geospatial and data analytics, cybersecurity, logistics, training, and intelligence analysis and operations support. Our team is solving the world's toughest security challenges for customers with "can't fail" missions.

Candidate must be within driving distance of Fort Meade or Scott AFB. At a minimum, a Secret clearance is required upon the start of employment, and within 14 days following the start date the employee must obtain their Security + certification.

As a key End to End Visualization team member, you will work as part of a fast paced, Agile development and implementation team to architect, design and develop a unified User Experience / User Interface (UX/UI) that provides a holistic single-pane-of-glass interface for an integrated solution on the Kibana platform. You will also work with operational end users and support teams to perform requirements analysis, as well as design, develop and demonstrate UI mockups and wireframes.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate primary responsibility will:

• Researching, designing, developing and user-testing experiences and making strategic user-experience decisions while working closely with product owners, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Conducting usability studies and proactively identifying and devising solutions for issues with the existing experience. Tracking success of experience focused changes and iterating as necessary to improve performance.

• Independently conducting UI requirements interviews, prototype reviews, surveys, and usability sessions.

• Developing personas, user flows, scenarios, user stories, goal/task analysis, system workflows and other key tools of user-centered design that simplify and enhance the insights acquired from complex data analytics platforms.

• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, and work collaboratively to create mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experience.

• Applying the basics of visual design (i.e UI) principles in their design work such as visual hierarchy, proximity, similarity, font selection and color theory and demonstrate an understanding of visual, layout, content organization, and accessibility guidelines.

• Designing, supporting development, documenting, testing and deploying applications and UI prototypes to be written by software team in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Support the creation of Kibana visualizations and dashboards using React, JavaScript and HTML.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a relevant technical discipline and 8+ year of related experience obtained through any combination of coursework and internships.

• Must have an active DoD Secret Security clearance prior to start date.

• Ability to obtain Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start date.

• Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL or Ft. Meade, MD two/three times per week for on-site support.

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience designing, developing and deploying dashboards and reports using the Elastic stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana and Beats.

• 4+ years of UX/UI architecture, design, development and delivery experience. Strong documentation skills with a proven ability to develop architecture diagrams and wireframes.

• Software development experience with Python, Java and SQL. Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.

• Experience with distributed version control software such as Git and Bitbucket.

• Knowledge of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of Software Engineering.

• Experience developing software on a UNIX command line platform.

• Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team.

• Experience in architecture, design, develop, and delivery of data driven operations capabilities, within a DoD environment.

• Experience working with a highly technical team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
