This position will execute data quality effort projects that have been identified through the PSPS Data Steward or operational needs Lastly the data analyst will support data quality assurance and quality control in coordination with data governance framework of standards, policies, and requirements with accountability and metrics to ensure the access, availability, usability, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of the company's data. **Responsibilities**
+ Improves the delivery of analytical support to an Operating Unit and/or the enterprise, enhancing the collection, analysis and reporting of data, which enables successful completion of key business operations projects.

**Minimum Qualifications**

The Health Data Advisor supports Cigna's Quality Management initiatives by leading data-driven projects that inform clinical and operational improvements. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with external accreditation and regulatory requirements through advanced data analysis and reporting. **Minimum Qualifications**

Preferred Qualifications
+ Additional certifications such as Palantir Foundry Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, Certified Data Management Professional, SnowPro Advanced, etc.
+ Demonstrated experience building and maintaining APIs and ETL pipelines using tools like Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms
+ Familiarity with systems like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, OMS/ADMS, ODRM, or similar platforms
+ Understanding of cloud-based data storage and architecture

Become a Data Security, Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll support the development of SCE's data security program. This role involves assessing and enhancing data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives, as well as managing key data security and DLP technologies. This role will contribute to establishing strategic guidelines and implementing controls aimed at securing organizational data throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of SCE's data security framework, supporting data discovery efforts to identify and assess information protection, administering solutions to mitigate unauthorized data exfiltration and manipulation, and ensuring compliance with SCE's policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages cybersecurity project delivery by ensuring the cybersecurity team meets success criteria.
+ Delivers project reporting for assigned projects, conducts critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement.
+ Coordinates and performs appropriate maintenance to ensure reliable and secure performance of the security systems, including applying security patches, implementing version upgrades, modifying and improving services, and performing ongoing operational management tasks.
+ Contributes to an overall cybersecurity governance strategy, standards, and operational procedures.
+ Ensures technology risks impacting the business are effectively identified, quantified, communicated, and managed, including recommendations for resolution and identifying root causes/key themes.
+ Prepares and updates Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) that identify security weaknesses, establish milestones, and implements compensating controls for remediating these weaknesses, while tracking the progress and effectiveness of the remediation.
+ Oversees the production of evidence to support internal and external audits.
+ Provides cybersecurity and risk assessments for new networks, services, and devices as needed.
+ Drives periodic monitoring of audit logs in accordance with requirements, and reports findings and concerns for further analysis and action, including breach notification and initiation of incident response, in accordance with protocols and procedures.
+ Delivers programs and processes to reduce information security risk and strengthen SCE's security posture.

+ Five or more years of experience managing and optimizing data discovery tools and methodologies for effective data visibility and governance.
+ Five or more years of experience analyzing security event and incident data to fine-tune policies and rules for improved detection, response, and prevention capabilities.
+ Strong background in supporting the lifecycle of security tools including installation, configuration, management, regular maintenance/upgrade, and troubleshooting.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to address complex data security challenges.
+ Ability to produce clear documentation, including policy manuals, operational procedures, and incident analysis reports.
+ Ability to stay current with emerging threats and trends in Data Security and DLP.
+ Knowledge of integrating DLP solutions with existing security infrastructure and SIEM tools.
+ Experience with producing documentation including policy manuals, operational procedures, and incident analysis reports.
