Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization in North America. This product management role will be responsible for the Business Intelligence product line within BMI in the NAM region, specifically Economic Intelligence & Mastercard Research Center. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a suite of Business Intelligence products solutions (Economic Intelligence, MA Research Center)

This product management role will be responsible for the Business Intelligence product line within BMI in the NAM region, specifically Economic Intelligence & Mastercard Research Center. Mastercard Business Intelligence provides customers with portfolio intelligence, market intelligence, consumer research, economic intelligence and on-going payments learning.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a suite of Business Intelligence products solutions (Economic Intelligence, MA Research Center)
- Drive the planning, coordination, and scaling of new solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
- Champion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that our consulting solutions are positioned effectively in the market. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies.
- Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making.

We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our data team. In this role, you'll own our executive reporting capabilities, define and implement data visualization standards, and ensure our senior leadership and stakeholders have clear, insightful, and actionable information. You'll collaborate closely with data engineering, data science, product, finance, and operational teams, using your expert visualization and analysis skills to elevate data-driven decision-making across the company.
In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Establish and enforce data visualization and analysis standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their reporting needs and translate them into robust and scalable BI solutions.
  • Own end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, visualization, and distribution.
  • Continuously improve existing BI tools and infrastructure, driving efficiency and consistency in executive reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and relevance, enabling timely strategic decisions.
Who You Are:

  • Proven ability to create compelling, clear visualizations and dashboards tailored for senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Airflow for batch orchestration distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Flink is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $109,000 to $145,000 . The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
