Qualifications:

· 7+ years of professional experience working on complex data challenges in the areas of data architecture and engineering, data science, data analysis and visualization, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related discipline.
· 3+ years experience training customers on data analytical solutions
· Tool preferences include at least two data analytic solutions (i.e., IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Qlik, PowerBI).

Job Description
CSCI Consulting is looking for a mission-focused Data Analyst to support data operations and analysis for enterprise systems within a secure federal environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite data structures, and the ability to create actionable insights through dashboards and reports. This role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting compliance activities, and identifying trends to inform business and operational decisions.
Candidates must be able to work a designated shift (Day or Swing) and support a high-tempo, Agile/DevSecOps-aligned team environment.
Responsibilities- Analyze data from Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 to support financial, operational, and audit-related reporting needs
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support ad hoc and scheduled data pulls
- Conduct data quality management, identify anomalies, and support reconciliation efforts across systems
- Monitor data interfaces, track failures, and assist in troubleshooting and documentation
- Support audit readiness by ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and proper documentation
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and create supporting documentation for trends, gaps, and remediation
- Maintain interface control documents (ICDs) and support external data exchange coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a federal or ERP environment
- Proficiency in SQL and one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 data structures and reporting
- Familiarity with data quality management, interface monitoring, and audit support
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical documentation
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Ability to support Day or Swing shift operations
