Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Dashboards: Create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards and reports in Domo that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across various departments, ensuring data is actionable and easy to interpret.
• Data Extraction and Transformation: Extract data from multiple sources, transform it into usable formats, and ensure its consistency, accuracy, and reliability for analytical purposes.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence are preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Domo for data visualization and analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience with data analysis, SQL querying, and data reporting.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analysis.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:  

• Domo: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Domo for data visualization, dashboard creation, and analytics.
• SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL to query databases, manipulate large datasets, and perform complex data joins and aggregations.
• Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will be a foundational member of our AI initiative, focused on leveraging
and optimizing the AI and analytics capabilities embedded within our key technology
platforms, including EPIC and Workday. This role will be more about investigating complex
business questions, extracting, cleaning, preparing data for advanced analytics, and
ensuring the quality of our data assets. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver
with a strong grasp of data exploration and a passion for finding insights that can drive our
AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to understand complex
business problems and translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.
• Perform deep-dive, exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, identify data quality
issues, and validate assumptions related to our EPIC and Workday systems.
• Work closely with the Data Engineer to define data requirements for building robust
pipelines that support our analytical and AI needs.
• Monitor the performance of vendor-provided AI capabilities within EPIC and

  Position Summary You show employees of companies across the USA and Internationally the real value of their benefits package by producing customized, individualized employee benefit statements. These statements illustrate an employee’s total compensation package, including items such as retirement programs, life insurance, medical insurance, short-term and long-term disability, government tax programs, and paid time-off.

The Project Data Analyst will work both independently and within an agile team to produce high-quality Employee Benefit Statements for their clients. As the dedicated Project Manager, you will work closely with the client to provide leadership and guidance throughout the process. By listening to the client, you will design an attractive communication tool that not only conveys the information they want to present, but also reflects their company's brand and culture. Using our project management blueprints you will be responsible for keeping the project on track by meeting deadlines and maintaining contact with the client to discuss expectations and provide encouragement through to project completion.

As the Data Analyst, you will determine what data will be needed to create an effective statement that will show their employees the true value of their total compensation. Using the established department practices and an advanced command of various data skills and logic, you will convert the raw data into an informative and easy to understand product the client will be proud to present to their employees.
  Essential Functions  

• Demonstrate the safe handling of sensitive information such as income data, retirement programs and balances, insurance elections and coverages, government tax programs, and various other benefits and offerings specific to each employee.
• Successfully manage multiple clients at various stages of project development.
• Importing, exporting, data mapping, creating charts and graphs to illustrate various benefits and projections
• Using Excel and department software, write formulas and perform conditional formatting to transform variable data into personalized ready-to-print statements.
• Work extensively with client pay and benefits data using Excel and a database
• Troubleshoot and effectively communicate to the client any discrepancies or inconsistencies related to the design or data.
• Maintain communication with your clients, via phone and email, in a technically skilled manner with a strong focus on customer service.
• Quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
• Print and prepare documents for shipping/mailout

  Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel including the use of various formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables. PowerQuery and macros knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with database management software such as FileMaker. Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with web site development/management and employee benefits is a plus.
• The ability to identify a situation or problem and develop a solution using reason and logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to clients as to how best present data
• Thoroughness and attention to detail is a must.

POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION

This position requires an extensive knowledge of federal and USAF occupational, environmental, safety and health regulations; extensive knowledge of federal and USAF radiological (ionizing and nonionizing) regulations; and an extensive knowledge of the data management systems that support the above regulations.

Essential Job Functions

• OEH Data Analysis & Program Evaluation
  • Evaluate large OEH datasets to improve practices and reduce uncertainty in exposure assessments.
  • Assess the effectiveness of OEH program implementation across USAF and DoD.

• DOEHRS & Reporting
  • Perform data entry/extraction from DOEHRS.
  • Define and mockup report requirements.
  • Review impacts of DOEHRS system changes.

• Health Risk Assessments
  • Conduct environmental, safety, and occupational health risk assessments using DOEHRS data.
  • Include hazard identification, exposure and toxicological assessments, and risk characterization.

• Strategic OEH Planning & Knowledge Management
  • Write, review, and critique objectives at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Create proposals, briefings, and battle rhythm presentations.

• Training & Implementation Support
  • Design and deliver technical training for OEH programs and analytical tools.
  • Educate government personnel on implementation methods.

• Consultation & Special Studies
  • Provide guidance on force health protection issues, regulations, and policies.
  • Conduct data analyses and author studies to support USAF/DoD units.

• Multi-System Data Integration
  • Extract data from DOEHRS, BCS, PMAS, PMR, and ASIMS.
  • Measure OEH program performance and develop improvement strategies.

• Product Development & Recommendations
  • Recommend enhancements to USAF/DoD data-centric systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

• Education & Experience
  • Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational/Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • OR equivalent experience (exceptions considered).
  • 5+ years' experience in:
    • OEH and Health Risk Assessments.
    • DOEHRS and Business Objects (BCS).
• Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Security
  • Must have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Regulatory Familiarity
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DoD, and USAF OEH requirements.
  • Experience in policy review, risk data analysis, program evaluation, and training assessment.
• System Expertise
  • Familiar with DOEHRS IH-RAM, PMAS, PMR, and ASIMS.
  • Strong capability in conducting full-scope OEH program reviews.

Position Description

As a Motility Data Analyst, you will be converting customer data from competitive databases to Reynolds Motility databases. This involves maintaining a good working relationship with customers throughout the conversion process to ensure quality results. You will also be supporting remote and field-based trainers and field engineers on the conversion processes.
