About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team at Roofstock. This role will be responsible for supporting reporting and analytics projects across our entire business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize our business performance. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and providing recommendations to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize KPIs to guide the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends effectively
• Champion a data culture across the company, supporting self-service analytics
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify opportunities and drive decision making
• Communicate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool such as Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau, etc
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL tools such as Snowflake and DBT

Job Summary:
We are looking for an AWS QuickSight Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing dashboards for large scale migration tracking and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to automate reporting, ensure data integration, and enhance decision-making through insightful data visualizations. This role requires deep expertise in AWS QuickSight, proficiency in SQL, and experience in managing cloud migration or similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive AWS QuickSight dashboards for efficient migration tracking and strategic planning.
• Implement dynamic visualizations and develop SQL queries/data models to support dashboard functionality.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide real-time insights and predictive reporting.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align dashboards with business needs and optimize resource planning.
• Document dashboard configurations and provide training to internal teams on effective dashboard utilization.

• Extensive experience with AWS QuickSight and data visualization tools.
• Strong SQL and data querying abilities.
• Experience with AWS data services and project/migration tracking.

• Prior experience in cloud migration projects or similar complex program management is preferred.
