About The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

We are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into presentation-ready dashboards allowing our customers to make more informed decisions. Your primary responsibilities will involve working across departments to analyze and understand datasets and create product-specific dashboards using our new, modernized technology stack.

The Business Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication.   • Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design

Education and Work Experience :
