**How you will make an impact:**
+ Undertakes complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
+ Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse.
+ Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.

+ Monitors project schedules and costs for own and other projects.

+ This job is focused on spending time thinking about programming and how it would be used to design solutions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires a BS/BA degree; minimum of 6 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**
+ Experience with healthcare data management, specifically Data Mining and Coordination of Benefits (COB).
+ Strong proficiency in data mining, analytics, and visualization to uncover insights that improve outcomes.
+ Proven ability to work across teams and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Background in managing large data projects or leading data-focused teams.
+ Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning, or fraud/waste/abuse detection.

**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)**
+ M.S. degree in quantitative discipline (statistics, operations, biostatistics, econometrics, or other relevant degree.)
+ 8+ minimum years of overall relevant experience, 5 years of which should be experience as a Data Scientist and/or Statistician in a corporate or government setting

+ The expected base compensation for this role is $160,200- $245,400 USD Annually

Jackson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing information technology team! In this position you’ll perform extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decision-making across the organization. The creation and use of reports and dashboards delivered through the Microsoft Power BI platform and ancillary tools will be central to providing insights to business partners. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate frequently with business partners to understand their business processes and identify opportunities to drive better decision-making through data & analytic solutions
- Gain familiarity with the data underlying Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, M365 and other platforms in use across the organization to draw out actionable insights
