The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst creates value for All-Flex by providing the Business with timely and accurate data and reporting to assist in the optimal management of business resources within the company, to provide accurate data analysis and recommendations to align with strategic goals and to assist with the execution of projects aligned with the strategic direction of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data visualization solutions using the Domo platform. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to perform data analysis and transform system data into actionable business insights. The BI Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver compelling dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Essential Job Duties
- Dashboard and Report Design:
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using the Domo platform.
- Ensure that visualizations are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.
- Data Integration and Transformation:
- Assimilate, clean, and structure data from various sources
- Connect to various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare data for analysis.
- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Interact with subject matter experts to comprehensively understand the NetSuite data structure
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and scalability.
- Define, monitor and communicate KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives and to track the health of the business
- Implement best practices for data visualization and Domo platform usage.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Domo dashboards and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and the Domo platform.
- Qualifications:
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, business analytics or related field preferred
- High School diploma is required.
- Experience and/or Training
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
- Licenses/Certifications
- Data analytics or BI Developer certification from any of the following is preferred: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Tableau, Domo
- Technology/Equipment

- Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and services (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
