The VP of Data & Analytics position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

As the VP of Data & Analytics you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy while building and leading high-performing, cross-functional data teams to foster a data-driven culture and enable data-informed decision-making.

  • Deep expertise in working with large, complex datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools to extract actionable insights.

  • Experience leading the development of a robust and scalable data platform that can support the organization's growing data needs.

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights and coordinate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite.

  • Experience in financial services or fintech preferred, with a solid understanding of structured and unstructured data analytics.

+ Gain an understanding of the Medical Chargebacks data landscape and build valuable relationships with various teams involved with Medical Cargeback's data.
+ Consults directly on data-driven solutions for new service offerings and strategic initiatives
+ Prepares and analyzes data. This can include: locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling.
+ Applies query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualization techniques to create business insights or improve data quality.
+ Produces, analyzes, and shares insights from Key Performance Indicators
+ Serves as a trusted resource for broad and deep Medical Chargebacks (ex. Chargeback disputes, margin analysis, ) subject matter expertise in the context of developing new business processes and technology solutions
+ Will be responsible for blueprinting existing processes to discover automation opportunities, exploring capabilities of new tools and technology, and integrating that technology into current and new business processes to streamline Data Management work streams
+ Work with cross-functional partners across our highly matrixed organization to understand both upstream inputs to, and downstream impact of, current and future processes
+ Communicates information so that it is easy to understand and influences other to take action based on the useful information provided.
