Strong analytical skills to assess asset data, predict maintenance needs, and optimize lifecycle strategies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train teams on CMMS usage.
Familiarity with industry-standard asset management practices and CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, ServiceNow, or similar) is highly desirable.
