**The Impact You'll Make**
Danfoss is looking for an passionate and self-driven Account Manager to be responsible for sales in the Data Center market as part of our North America team. This person should be determined to strengthen relationships, increase the share of wallet, secure new opportunities to achieve sales growth targets and provide exceptional service as part of our Data Center Sales team. They should be able to articulate and communication their plan with the objective of creating engagement to help lead our growth.
The Account Manager owns the sales growth and relationship of assigned accounts. They plan, coordinate and executes all sales efforts to achieve targeted growth while maintaining a professional connection with the customer. They also work closely with our Danfoss customer service, engineering and product teams to provide appropriate level of support.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Execute targeted sales growth in alignment with overall Data Center strategy with focus on identifying and closing net new wins
+ Develops and maintains broad relationships at customer to cover key decision makers and critical departments that will support specification and purchase of our products
+ Establish and execute to a value selling approach that support Danfoss Power Solution goals of growth, revenue and strategic position in market
+ Utilize a professional sales process to uncover customer needs, handle objections/concerns and determine appropriate solutions while claiming the DPS value for profitable growth

**What We're Looking For**
+ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in the data center market in some capacity, liquid cooling related ideal
+ Experience working in a global matrixed or otherwise complex environment
+ Able to effectively work remotely at home and report to US based supervisor
+ Travel up to 50% domestic(regional), may require international on rare occasion
