The salary range for this position is $93,300 to $152,600 annually. The Data Compliance and Assessment Coordinator supports the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of institutional data to meet compliance, planning, and reporting needs. With a primary emphasis on technical data management and analytics, the position requires proficiency in statistical software, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms. The role also supports the coordination of institutional assessment efforts (approximately 35%) by assisting in data collection, analysis, and documentation related to outcomes-based assessment and accreditation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management, Compliance, and Analytics
  • Maintain and improve systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and validation across institutional sources (e.g., student information systems, learning management systems, etc.).
  • Analyze institutional data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, or R) to support federal/state reporting, strategic planning, grant development, and accreditation needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.

Blackstone is seeking an experienced and strategic SVP of Data Compliance and Risk to design, implement, and enhance oversight programs across Privacy, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Records. Sitting within Blackstones Legal & Compliance group, this is a management-level role with direct responsibility for a team of compliance professionals and program analysts. You will serve as a critical partner in developing sustainable, enterprise-level compliance frameworks designed to ensure transparency, accountability and demonstrable adherence to internal policies and external regulatory obligations.
