**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) Air Dominance is seeking a **Lead Product Data Management Engineer (Configuration & Data Management)** (Level 4) to support the **Systems Engineering Integration** **& Test (SEIT) Team** in **Berkeley, MO** .
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, extracting technical product definition data, and facilitating program baseline management.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Understand customer and supplier technical baseline management requirements.
+ Generate configuration management plans and processes.
+ Assign and maintain product and document identification.
+ Evaluate and lead the coordination of proposed engineering changes.
+ Prepare change control documents such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Change Requests (CD/CRs), Conduct program Change Control Boards (CCB), perform configuration audits, generate configuration status reports, and others.
+ Generate Technical Data Packages (TDP) through interpretation of technical data delivery requirements and analysis and compilation of product design definition data

This individual will oversee and manage a department that plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. They will be responsible for management of personnel and execution of tasks. They will manage the setup of new programs, including the creation of Configuration Management plans and baselines. The CM/DM manager implements and maintains an Engineering Change Request System, including product improvements, repairs, and new product development. They will coordinate the interaction between Engineering, Quality, Operations, Program Management, Contracts, and government customers to ensure changes are documented appropriately and contractual requirements are met.

+ Ensures unique product identifiers for baseline data, systems/subsystems, and formal program deliverables are used. Tracks the status of these items using Configuration Status Accounting methodologies
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
+ Experience with Configuration and Change Management processes, techniques, tools, related assignments (System, Hardware, Software), and project related work
+ Experience in a leadership role, communicating with stakeholders at all levels
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
