**About the role**
As a Data Quality & Governance Developer, you will make an impact by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of healthcare data across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including data analysts, engineers, and business leaders.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Design and implement data governance controls to validate record counts, financial fields, and data consistency across platforms.
+ Lead initiatives to standardize data quality across Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Unix environments.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data validation and reporting.
+ Create actionable insights through BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

**What you need to have to be considered:**
+ 7+ years of IT experience in Healthcare Clinical and Insurance domains.
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Quality.
+ Strong proficiency in Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and data lake technologies.
+ Experience in developing audit controls and automated reporting for healthcare claims and payment systems.
+ Expertise in SQL, Hive, Oracle, Teradata, and ETL tools like Talend.
**These will help you stand out:**
+ Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid claims and payment modernization initiatives.
