Description and Requirements

The Business Intelligence & Data Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying, accessing, and integrating data from various sources—including databases and data lakes—to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, build scalable reporting solutions, and ensure dashboards are accessible and aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Data Source Integration : Connect to and navigate data lakes to locate and extract relevant datasets. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the process.

• Business Data Mapping : Collaborate with business teams to understand key metrics and translate business requirements into data queries and models. Identify the right data sources to support strategic and operational goals.

• Reporting & Dashboard Development : Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Ensure outputs are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

• Data Governance & Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of data sources, data models, and reporting logic. Promote data literacy and transparency across the organization.

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product Experience, and Partnership. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Operational Cadence & Self-Service Enablement : Establish a regular cadence for reporting and dashboard refreshes. Empower business users through self-service analytics and training.

• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline data access, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance data quality. Stay current with BI tools and data integration best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, or analytics roles within a complex, matrixed organization

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Expert Excel, and Data Management Skills

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL (extract, transform & load) processes, and data governance principles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130k - 160K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.

The Data Integration Sr Group Manager is a senior level position responsible for overseeing activities to support end-to-end execution and/or adoption of the Data Transformation plan in compliance with Citi's Data Governance Policy. Drives efforts to reduce risk and facilitate adherence to the Citi Data Governance Policy. Responsible for overseeing activities to drive the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. The role is responsible for managing risks, issues, and conflicts related to plan execution.
This role requires a thorough understanding of enterprise data governance concepts combined with practical experience of implementing them in a complex organization. Excellent communication skills are required to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions/terminations and budget approval
+ Proactively liaise with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business and Functions to design and execute against Transformation plan commitments, drive alignment on execution steps and timing, and/or support adoption of enterprise approaches and guidelines for use by the Use Cases teams
+ Lead team meetings and working sessions to ensure clear cross-functional communications and set expectations
+ Foster continuous improvement through regular stakeholder engagement and coaching (e.g., sharing best practices, educating on consistent approaches, helping with interpretation of enterprise guidance) and cadence of interactions within businesses, regions and functions
+ Drive communication strategy and execution among a wide variety of stakeholders, including Data providers, Data consumers, technologists, regulators, and 2nd and 3rd line of defense to drive the effective and efficient design, build, and rollout of data practices, capabilities, and tools
+ Monitor and communicate progress of the plan, anticipate risks and issues, and challenge execution teams' plans to identify roadblocks, and dependencies
**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of experience in a complex, financial organization
+ 8+ years experience in Data Governance,
+ 8+ years' managerial experience
+ Data and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such as Data governance and Operating models
+ Experience in large-scale, multi-year transformation and capability building efforts
+ Expertise in one or more the following core financial services segments preferred: consumer businesses, commercial businesses, capital markets, finance, risk, or compliance
+ Well-developed interpersonal and executive communication skills, particularly with senior management
+ Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to simplify complex information quickly
+ Collaborative orientation with diplomatic, analytical and organizational capabilities
+ Strong project planning experience; highly organized and detail-oriented

• Manage installation and commissioning (Cx) of network infrastructure systems including WAN, LAN, and WLAN. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and timelines.

• Actively promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all work is conducted in alignment with established safety protocols.

• Daily Operations:

• 45% Onsite fieldwork including site walks, progress checks, and safety meetings with field teams.

• 55% Documentation tasks including checklists, reports, and milestone tracking using enterprise tools (O365, etc.).

• Engage with internal teams such as Data Center Operations (DC Ops), End-to-End Delivery (E2E), Security, Engineering, Site Acquisition, and EHS to drive alignment and progress.

• Track and report on project status, RFIs, constraints, dependencies, and safety compliance. Provide weekly updates in accordance with organizational standards.

• Meeting project deadlines aligned with business and customer needs.

• Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 5-7 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management.
