THE POSITION:
The most important aspect of this position is direct responsibility for all Memphis administrative functions and all data management activities including, but not limited to operations-related data entry, order analyst, control product order entry and release, reception, file management, logistics clerical functions, accounts payable, 236 forms and DEA related clerical functions. Performance of these functions will require the coordination with all Memphis and corporate management.

- Work with Quality Assurance to make sure data accuracy in reports and data transfer.
- Ensure the data transfers are carried out according to the corresponding agreements in a timely manner.
- Assist with development of departmental data management procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, GCP, GLP, CAP, CLIA, etc.) in conjunction with QA and laboratory management.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in the STEM field or equivalent work experience.

+ Data Management:- Accurately enter data into computer system or database.- Initiate the correct forms to flag problem units and correct the units electronically in the BEC's (Blood Establishment Computer Software) system and release the products in the lab when corrected by an RN.- Recognize and question anomalies from distinguishable data patterns.- Enter charts or other forms of data into database.- Perform clerical work such as word processing, maintaining office records, filing and answering phone.- Retrieve Confidential Medical History Cards (CMHC's) returned by RN with Problem Unit forms attached, make corrections in BEC's, re-run report, leave memos in the lab and release the unit from hold.
+ Imaging:- Perform imaging of CMHC's and Apheresis Charts into Laserfiche Imaging System.- Create new charts for new Apheresis donors and maintain filing system of all donor charts.- Audit the Laserfiche Imaging Log for accuracy after imaging is completed. Make corrections when discrepancies are missing including calling original documents back from long term storage to re-image.- Accurately package, log and move CMHC's in numerical order from imaging room to boxes for off-site storage, using excel spreadsheet to communicate contents of each box to Facilities Manager.
+ DonorID Maintenance:- Maintain computerized and manual logs and files in accordance with established procedures.- Convert data from one electronic system to another.- Open and close DonorID (DID) drives for Mobiles and for Centers. Close drives from Centers and Mobiles when Charge Nurses neglect to do so.- PerformDID set-up including Production Extraction, DID Checking, Production Deployment and Site Master Setup.
+ Donor Database Maintenance:- Perform audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.- Run reports at the end of shift and check all CMHC's against the reports for accuracy and make corrections when discrepancies are detected.- Help maintain the entire SBC Donor Database including demographics, visit history, donation count and donor eligibility.
+ Comply with governmental regulations and Stanford Health Care and Blood Center policies regarding health and safety. Observe and support good health and safety practices.

**The Opportunity:**
Responsible for applying configuration management control disciplines to the design, development, and support of hardware, and other complex systems. Analyzes tools that support and automate processes for establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's or solution's performance, functional, and technical attributes and its requirements, design, and technical specifications throughout its lifecycle. Develops standards, processes, and controls supporting product/solution configuration and release activities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain configuration-controlled documentation for the Satellite Control Network (SCN) configuration including assembly, sub-assembly, system level drawings, parts lists, and cable lists for sustainment and modification through the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) program. This includes product lifecycle management to include document identification, data entry and management of engineering documentation, drawings, revision levels, where used, and item number assignments.
- Support and implement Notice of Revision (NOR), Specification Change Notice (SCN), Product Drawings and Associated Lists (PDAL) using Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) as the delivery mechanism.
- Coordinate and convene Engineering Review Board (ERB)/Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for proposed Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). Administer Engineering Review Board (ERB)/Change Control Board (CCB) documentation as necessary.
- Coordinate all drawing updates with Drafting team for incorporation, following all applicable standards. - Utilize Teamcenter's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to create, manage, and maintain all Product Report (PR), Change Request (CR), and Change Notice (CN) workflows.
- Act as Data Management backup as necessary.

Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data, tracks configuration changes, coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals, applies government-instituted processes for documentation, and changes control management and data management.
The candidates will also support and draft program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Utilize business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software and service acquisition and life cycle management. Manages the Government's Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables within the Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) TopVue and participate in meetings and supporting specified IPTs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Duties include, but not limited to:
+ Serves as a program analyst in support of the Requirements baseline Configuration/Data Manager for data deliverables.
+ Serves in a staff capacity providing Program Managers, Air (PMA) and the respective Integrated Program Teams (IPT) with Configuration/Data Management (CDM) process guidance and a variety of evaluative material needed to plan, execute and monitor the status of their acquisition packages.
+ Representative of the Configuration/Data management Team the incumbent is tasked and responsible for providing CM competency guidance and valid/timely analytical data for responsible decision-making in direct support of the configuration change boards and Data requirements Review Board (DRRB).
+ Must demonstrate the theory, principles, practices and techniques of material acquisition programs with regard to CM and the areas of configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits as applied to aircraft and weapons system modifications.
+ Required to have a working knowledge of related technical data policy and procedures. Configuration Management involves the technical and administrative direction and surveillance to properly identify and control changes to CDRLs within the USG IDE.
+ Must have the ability to respond to and implement new acquisition reform changes generated from evolving DoD/ASME/SAE Commercial Practices and NAVIR policies/instructions impacting current CDM requirements/baselines.
+ Skilled in providing representation at meetings to include preparing and delivering oral and written presentations containing analyses and recommendations for developing and implementing schedule activity.
