Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee data privacy compliance and governance across the organization. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. As the DPO, you will be the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the company's Data Protection Officer, reporting directly to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Protection Officer or in a senior data privacy compliance role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international data protection laws and regulations, particularly GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
  • Strong understanding of data processing operations, IT systems, and information security principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CISA are highly desirable.

Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
- Schedule: **Overnight Shift Available**
- Duties: Foot Patrol, Access Control, and CCTV Monitoring.
- Experience: Must have 1+ years of Security Experience
- Skills: Comfortable using technology devices
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges and performing regular foot patrols throughout the property. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
