The Digital & Analytics (D&A), Data Governance & Security team focuses on driving data strategy, quality, ownership, and consumption across Deloitte's People channel. The team partners with various stakeholders to mitigate risks associated with Talent data and establish/enforce best practices. The team's responsibilities include establishing and socializing best practices on data use and data handling ethics, empowering Talent data consumers to be accountable for behaviors in relation to data, proactively managing data security and privacy using lean data methodologies and analyzing and coordinating data changes across Talent data systems.

Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree; Minimum of 6 years of related experience or 4 years and a Masters in a relevant field
+ Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations with minimal supervision, demonstrated by at least 5 distinct decks that tell a concise story, synthesize complex information, and are visually engaging.

+ Experience in identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements.
