- JOB SUMMARY
The ITG Brands Transformation Program is a multi-year initiative to standardize core processes, harmonize data, and deploy SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder across the organization. Within this program, the Data Tower plays a pivotal role in ensuring data quality, migration readiness, andgovernance-recognizedas a strategic determinant of program success.
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to provide dedicated leadership and oversight for the Data Tower. The PM will partner with the Data Tower Lead to ensure that all planning, execution, and reporting activities are coordinated, risks are actively managed, and deliverables are achieved with quality and on time.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
**Program & Project Management**
+ Develop, maintain, and track the **Data Tower project plan** , ensuring alignment with global milestones (mock loads, UAT, cutover, go-live).
+ Manage data related RAAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) logs in **Jira/RAAIDD** and drive timely resolution or escalation.
+ Ensure Data Migration plan is part of the overall program cutover runbook
+ Support Data Migration readiness for each Quality gate (incl. entry and exit criteria)
+ Driving the Data Migration Audit requirements and ensure collection of respective evidence
+ Drive the Data Freeze preparation and work with Comms Tower on timely communication and with the Deployment Tower to incorporate this into the overall cutover process.
+ Coordinate dependencies with other towers (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) and external partners.
+ Ensure compliance with the **Program PMO Handbook** , playbooks, and stage-gate governance.
**Data Migration & Quality Oversight**
+ Track progress across ADM phases (Design → Mapping → Extraction → Construct/Collect → Transform → Load → Validate).
+ Monitor data cleansing and migration dashboards (Syniti ADM, DMI/DOS trackers) to ensure readiness against mock cycle thresholds (50%, 75%, 90%, 100%).
+ Drive cross-tower alignment on hot spots: SKU creation, BOM/UoM alignment, BP transformation, batch/lot tracking, and product hierarchy.
**Stakeholder & Workshop Management**
+ Plan and facilitate Data Tower workshops (localization, deep dives, hotspot reviews), including agenda setting, SME onboarding, and documentation of outcomes.
+ Maintain transparent and timely communications with leadership, escalating risks with solutions.
+ Coordinate and run the data loads kick off sessions
+ Partner with the Change Tower to ensure SMEs and BPLs are engaged without fatigue, following best practice workshop structuring.
**Reporting & Analytics**
+ Prepare Data Tower contributions for **weekly Operational Reviews, PLT, and SteerCo meetings** , ensuring risks and status are clear, concise, and decision-ready.
+ Publish dashboards on data object readiness, migration status, and cleansing KPIs.
+ Align reporting with PMO standards, ensuring traceability from requirement → object → migration outcome.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ **10+ years of project/program management** experience, ideally in large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA, data migration, or MDM).
+ Proven experience managing projects, ideally with exposure to large-scale data migration or system implementation programs.
+ Strong project planning, scheduling, and tracking skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong knowledge of **data governance, migration strategies, and ADM/MDG tools** .
+ Proven experience managing RAID logs, project schedules, and cross-tower dependencies in complex environments.

+ Design and implement data warehouse solutions and models, and architect the overall data strategy, including data model designs, database standards, and the management of data warehouses and analytics systems aligned with client business processes.
+ Design data integration solutions that fully integrate with customer's existing infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud) focusing on data flow, security, and business requirements.
+ Create physical and logical architecture solution roadmaps for linking services solutions with client business processes and technologies.
+ Design and develop high-volume data ingestion components and ETL solutions using Informatica and Databricks ETL application suites. Ensure data quality and controls for various data ingestion inflows and outflow processes.
+ Develop solutions to evaluate architectural alternatives for cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and other cloud services.
