Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in creating AI solutions using Databricks (certification is a plus);
• Experience with generative AI frameworks, such as LlamaIndex and Langchain;
• Familiarity with generative AI models from OpenAI, Google, or open-source alternatives (e.g., Llama, Claude, Hugging Face);
• Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Python and SQL;

We are seeking a hands-on dynamic leader to oversee our Small Commercial Data Solutions team within our US Retail Markets Risk Analytics organization. This role will manage a team of data analytics engineers and play a pivotal role in shaping, executing and elevating the organization's data strategy for our Small Commercial stakeholders. The leader hired into this role will be titled a Director II, Data Solutions and is responsible for guiding the vision, architecture, and delivery of innovative data solutions.
