As the Director, Data Stewardship for Sam's Club, you will lead a newly formed, cohesive data stewardship team responsible for building, scaling, and sustaining enterprise-grade data governance, quality, and compliance processes. You will partner closely with Walmart Enterprise Data Governance, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Sam's Club data assets are documented, governed, and leveraged for maximum business value.
Your first year will be focused on stabilizing processes, documenting key data assets, and building sustainable governance practices-particularly around high-priority initiatives like Member 360 and other critical data platforms. A strong understanding of data analysis and data engineering principles will help you work more effectively with technical teams, ensuring governance strategies are practical, scalable, and aligned with how data is actually stored, transformed, and used.
**What you'll do.**
**Lead Transition and Stabilization of Key Data Assets**
+ Within the first 30 days, assess Member 360 and related asset governance processes, identify documentation gaps, and implement immediate improvements.
+ Socialize governance standards across teams to ensure proper onboarding and adoption of data stewardship practices.
**Establish and Document Governance Processes**
+ Within the first 90 days, create clear, accessible documentation for all high-value data assets and governance workflows.
+ By year-end, deliver a comprehensive "what worked/what didn't" governance report to inform next-year strategy.
**Reduce Operational Complexity in a Fast-Moving Environment**
+ Identify bottlenecks and risks caused by too many simultaneous initiatives; implement process controls to prevent governance issues from "getting out of hand."
+ Standardize procedures so that rapid execution does not compromise data integrity.
**Integrate Data Analysis & Engineering Knowledge into Governance**
+ Apply a working knowledge of data analysis to interpret business data needs, collaborate with analytics teams, and validate that governance practices support accurate insights.
+ Partner with data engineering teams to ensure governance processes align with data pipelines, storage, and integration patterns.
**Build and Scale a High-Performing Team**
+ Lead 3 direct reports and recruit for an open Senior Manager role, ensuring the team has the skills and capacity to deliver governance objectives.
+ Establish clear KPIs for the team tied to adoption, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
**Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Adoption**
+ Partner effectively with Walmart Enterprise Data Governance and Compliance, ensuring seamless alignment on policies, tools, and standards.

**Biomedical Data Stewardship Manager**

In this vital role, you will build and manage case report form (CRF) libraries, develop implementation standards, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data collection that supports drug development success. You will also lead standards implementation for study teams through hypercare sessions, monitor and review use of standards, and facilitate governance processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and define standard, indication-level CRF libraries using global standards-based and study-specific content and document implementation rules and decisions for their use in coordination with assigned subject matter experts.
+ Design and review clinical data quality edit checks aligned with CRF content.
+ Provide expert consultation and hypercare support to study teams in applying CRF library content and related tools.
+ Monitor adoption and consistency of CRF standards, conducting audits and reviews to ensure alignment with evolving study and regulatory needs.

The Executive Director, PBM Data Stewardship, Enablement & Strategy is responsible for data governance practices and data capabilities across the PBM. They will ensure the foundation and tools are available to effectively leverage data to conduct PBM Operations, support all aspects of reporting, and drive business outcomes.
This position requires an agile and collaborative leader, who will partner across the Digital, Data, Analytics, & Technology (DDAT) Team to guide strategic direction of data governance and ensure all technology is built in alignment with our data strategy, both within the PBM and aligned with the enterprise. This role also requires strong engagement and communication across all PBM business units to ensure that data is easily accessible, and the data needs of both our internal and external partners are being met. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results.
To be effective in the role, this leader needs to be a critical thinker and problem solver who is analytical and detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to partner across boundaries to instill urgency and accountability, possess a strong business acumen, and able to manage cross-functional work.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Data Accountability within the PBM.
+ Developing strategy for collection, management, and use of data across the PBM and being accountable for outlining what data can and cannot do.

**Required Qualifications**

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The Data Integrity Specialist reports directly to the Director of Data of Integrity. The position must adhere to pricing policies, processes, and ensure timely input of retail pricing maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Responsible for dispatching all incoming scheduling emails;
* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or scanners;
* Review pricing data and determine irregularities; work with the procurement department buyers, IT support staff, and management as needed for problem resolution and policy enforcement;
* Verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry;
* Review pricing data for deficiencies and/or errors and correct any incompatibilities;
* Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
* Scan documents and print files in a timely manner;
* Maintain confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network;
* Follow daily schedules and deadlines for item pricing file maintenance and batch generation;
* Respond to queries for pricing information and retrieve relevant files;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
