**Responsibilities**
+ Create and optimize data models and structures for the warehouse to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
+ Implement and manage Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to move data from various sources into the warehouse.
+ Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the warehouse, establishing policies and auditing regularly.
+ Monitor and optimize database and system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure efficiency.
+ Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
**Qualifications**
+ Certification in SQL, BI, or related areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, CBIP).
+ Experience with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
+ Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory
+ Familiarity with programmatic data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
+ Experience with relational database design and development a plus, Oracle and SQL Server ideal.
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

**Job Summary**
Reporting to Credit Risk Data Integration Manager, this role will be responsible for working on the Data Integration initiatives within the Enterprise Functions Technology Organization. + 7+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation with distributed applications involving Data Warehouses and Data Marts.
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience using Informatica, DB2, SQL Server and Unix.
+ 4+ years of data integration experience in a lead role in financial services industry/banking.
+ 5+ years of Informatica ETL experience in both batch and real-time or near real-time data integration.
+ 2+ years of experience in data integration using Databricks/Snowflake
+ 1+ years of experience in any of the object oriented programming language such as Python, Java preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $114K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. REQUIREMENTS


  • Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in data strategy, architecture, governance, or enterprise data management.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, enterprise-wide data estates within complex and highly regulated environments.

As a Data Warehousing manager you will focus on growing a team which leads our data warehouse technologies, implementing processes and governance in our data warehouse platforms, and building a data-driven culture within Colgate.
The Data Warehouse Manager will be an experienced data warehousing expert who enjoys working with users and enabling people and teams. Your team will take on challenging problems like optimizing company wide processes and establishing and growing the usage of new technologies. You will lead a team of platform engineers who support our analytics developers, automate and enhance our platforms, and help to transform our business with analytics based insight. You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems and products. + 2+ years managing a technical team
+ Experience using self service visualization rolls like Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $115,200.00 - $168,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
