we are seeking two Business Analysts who will serve as a member of the Data Warehouse and Decision Support (DWDS) section in the Bureau of Information Technology Services (BITS) in the Division of Management Services. The DWDS team is responsible for the statewide longitudinal data warehouse (SLDS), development, system testing, analysis, and maintenance and integration of data in the SLDS, WISE dash and other reporting systems (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI). These systems require extensive K-12 sector knowledge and experience integrating complex data and developing dashboards and reports to convey that information to DPI staff, school districts and the general public. This person will work on the transition of reporting and software features into technical requirements, such as epics, features, and stories following Agile/Scrum-based software development, as well as determine release plans and project scope. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
+ 9+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
+ 5+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.
+ 5+ years editing PDF and Word files.

**Typical Education & Experience**
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
